IRt is a medium and up coming company in the building industry. The idea of starting a “one stop building solution” was during the peak of the building crisis in 1997. The founder Ar. Chua Hung Jua initiated the concept to further improve client’s services from just consultation base, to a more service provider base company. IRt was born in 1999, after rounds of trial and errors. Ar. Chua appointed his son Mr. TH Chua to plan and develop further the company.

Today after 10 years, IRt has mature into a integrated company offering Architecture services, Turnkey Contracting, Interior Design services property consultancy. IRt has also developed up front Villas packages for it clientele to choose. Coupled with the specialized expertise that it has developed over the years, IRt offers its customers a high level of service and commitment, as well as shorter turnaround-times and better cost-efficiencies.
